MTR Corporation is headquartered in Hong Kong where they continue to deliver a world-class Mass Transit system, alongside the development of commercial and residential projects.

Globally, their expertise has been deployed to manage and operate: TfL Rail (Elizabeth Line) and, in a joint venture, the South Western rail franchise here in the UK; multiple urban networks in China, including Macao; Metro and Metropolitan lines in Australia; and Metro and intercity railway lines in Sweden.

Foresight Works are at the cutting edge of data analytics and Artificial Intelligence within major project. Their ground-breaking work drives a fist through the iron triangle of scheduling and delivers efficiency with minimal user input through a suite of digital tools.

We are bringing our extensive defence background in programme management to showcase this unique capability to the Ministry of Defence to aid the timely delivery of capability programmes.
